Prolight Diagnostics shares are traded on NGM Nordic SME since March 31, 2017
Nordic SME is a growth market for small and medium-sized enterprises for listing and trading of shares and share-based securities, operated by Nordic Growth Market NGM AB. Nordic SME is a growth market for small and medium-sized enterprises in accordance with MiFID II (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II). Investors should take into consideration that shares and share-based securities admitted to trading on Nordic SME are not traded on a regulated market and that the company thus is not subject to the same regulations protecting shareholders as a company listed on a regulated market.
The shares are established under Swedish law and are denominated in Swedish SEK. There is only one class of shares. The share is issued to the holder and the shareholder registry is maintained electronically by Euroclear Sweden.
The share capital of the company amounts to SEK 28,226,945. There are 282,269,454 shares.
