I oktober 2024 är det aktuellt att nyttja teckningsoptionerna av serie TO7 som emitterades i samband med företrädesemissionen som genomfördes i december 2023. Nyttjandeperioden kommer att fortgå från den 7 oktober 2024 till och med den 18 oktober 2024. För varje en (1) teckningsoption av serie TO7 i Prolight Diagnostics AB kan innehavaren teckna en (1) nya aktie. Notera att teckningsoptioner som inte nyttjas senast den 18 oktober 2024, alternativt avyttras senast den 15 oktober 2024, förfaller värdelösa.

0,12 SEK per aktie.
Emissionsvolym:
108 756 747 teckningsoptioner av serie TO7 berättigande till teckning av 108 756 747 nya aktier. Vid utnyttjande av samtliga teckningsoptioner av serie TO7 kan Bolaget tillföras upp till cirka 13,1 MSEK, före emissionskostnader.
Sista dag för handel med teckningsoptioner av serie TO7: 15 oktober 2024.
Utspädning:
Vid utnyttjande av samtliga teckningsoptioner av serie TO7 ökar totala antalet aktier med 108 756 747, från 597 287 105 aktier till 706 043 852 aktier, och aktiekapitalet ökar med 10 875 674,70 SEK, från 59 728 710,50 SEK till 70 604 385,20 SEK. Det motsvarar en maximal utspädning om cirka 15,4 procent av det totala antalet aktier och med cirka 15,4 procent av det totala antalet röster i Bolaget.
Notera att teckningsoptioner som inte nyttjas senast den 18 oktober 2024, alternativt avyttras senast den 15 oktober 2024, förfaller värdelösa. För att teckningsoptioner av serie TO7 inte ska förfalla krävs att teckningsoptionsinnehavare aktivt tecknar aktier alternativt avyttrar teckningsoptionerna. Observera att vissa förvaltare kan komma att stänga anmälan tidigare än den 18 oktober 2024.

Förvaltarregistrerade teckningsoptioner (depå)
Teckning och betalning genom nyttjande av teckningsoptioner ska ske i enlighet med anvisningar från respektive förvaltare. Teckningsoptionsinnehavare kan kontakta sin förvaltare för ytterligare information.
Direktregistrerade teckningsoptioner (VP-konto)
Ingen emissionsredovisning eller inbetalningsinstruktion kommer att skickas ut. Teckning ska ske genom samtidig kontant betalning enligt instruktioner på anmälningssedeln. Teckningsoptionerna ersätts därefter med interimsaktier (IA) i väntan på registrering hos Bolagsverket.
