I maj 2024 är det aktuellt att nyttja teckningsoptionerna av serie TO6 som emitterades i samband med företrädesemissionen som genomfördes i december 2023. Nyttjandeperioden kommer att fortgå från den 20 maj 2024 till och med den 31 maj 2024. För varje en (1) teckningsoption av serie TO6 i Prolight Diagnostics AB kan innehavaren teckna en (1) nya aktie. Notera att teckningsoptioner som inte nyttjas senast den 31 maj 2024, alternativt avyttras senast den 28 maj 2024, förfaller värdelösa.

0,10 SEK per aktie.
Emissionsvolym:
217 513 494 teckningsoptioner av serie TO6 berättigande till teckning av 217 513 494 nya aktier. Vid utnyttjande av samtliga teckningsoptioner av serie TO6 kan Bolaget tillföras upp till cirka 21,8 MSEK, före emissionskostnader.
Sista dag för handel med teckningsoptioner av serie TO6: 28 maj 2024.
Utspädning:
Vid utnyttjande av samtliga teckningsoptioner av serie TO6 ökar totala antalet aktier med 217 513 494, från 499 782 948 aktier till 717 296 442 aktier, och aktiekapitalet ökar med 21 751 349,40 SEK, från 49 978 294,80 SEK till 71 729 644,20 SEK. Det motsvarar en maximal utspädning om cirka 30,3 procent av det totala antalet aktier och röster i Bolaget.
Notera att teckningsoptioner som inte nyttjas senast den 31 maj 2024, alternativt avyttras senast den 28 maj 2024, förfaller värdelösa. För att teckningsoptioner av serie TO6 inte ska förfalla krävs att teckningsoptionsinnehavare aktivt tecknar aktier alternativt avyttrar teckningsoptionerna. Observera att vissa förvaltare kan komma att stänga anmälan tidigare än den 31 maj 2024.

Förvaltarregistrerade teckningsoptioner (depå)
Teckning och betalning genom nyttjande av teckningsoptioner ska ske i enlighet med anvisningar från respektive förvaltare. Teckningsoptionsinnehavare kan kontakta sin förvaltare för ytterligare information.
Direktregistrerade teckningsoptioner (VP-konto)
Ingen emissionsredovisning eller inbetalningsinstruktion kommer att skickas ut. Teckning ska ske genom samtidig kontant betalning enligt instruktioner på anmälningssedeln. Teckningsoptionerna ersätts därefter med interimsaktier (IA) i väntan på registrering hos Bolagsverket.
